Enactus won a grant for the Lighthouse, and decided to purchase a computer, set it up and delivered of the computer on March 6.  The computer will be used by those who didn’t have the same opportunities as college students in order to teach them valuable job skills they will need to be a productive member of society.

Enactus will be partnering with DIGS to sell wristbands and split the proceeds 50/50.  Enactus will use the proceeds to finance the trip to nationals where we will be competing for the first time in quite a few years.  Edith and Nana helped submit the papers to the state of Missouri.

Fashion Show

The Business Fashion show was a great success. For “How to dress to get that job,” thank you, thank you to Cato’s Fashions, Hair Maintenance and the thrift stores around town!!

At the Ethics in Action Luncheon, the Chamber of Commerce and MVC honored this year: Sandy Hisler, Tower Realty. The event was held March 20 in the R. Wilson Brown Room at Ferguson Center on the campus of MVC.
