Every campus has its legends, but Missouri Valley’s latest mystery is less ghost story and more internet-age spectacle. An anonymous TikTok account known as the MoVal Pisser has caught the attention of students, leaving the community both amused and unsettled — and wondering what the consequences could be if this goes too far.

The account, which first appeared earlier this semester, posts short clips allegedly showing an anonymous figure urinating on random objects and locations around campus. While the content is provocative, there’s also speculation among students that the videos might not be real — that what looks like urine could simply be water poured from a bottle to keep the mystery alive.

Regardless, the MoVal Pisser has quickly become a staple of campus chatter. Some students see it as comedy, others as vandalism, but either way the account has captured Missouri Valley’s attention.

“I admire the extent the individual has to go through to go out late on campus at night so they don’t get caught doing the act and then post it on TikTok,” said Brittney Slocum. “I do have a form of admiration for that. But the whole thing is crazy — funny.”

Possible Consequences

If caught, the person behind the MoVal Pisser could face serious disciplinary action under Missouri Valley College’s Student Code of Conduct. The code prohibits obscene conduct, indecent behavior (including public urination), vandalism or damage to property, and any conduct that disrupts campus life or harms the college’s reputation.

Depending on the circumstances, sanctions could include:

  • Disciplinary warning or probation
  • Restitution for cleaning or damages
  • Suspension or expulsion in severe or repeated cases

Beyond college discipline, there may also be legal risks. Missouri law treats institutional vandalism as a criminal offense. Under Missouri Revised Statutes §574.085, knowingly damaging or defacing school property can lead to criminal charges. Public urination, if proven real and visible, can also fall under indecent exposure or lewd conduct laws. In Missouri, that can be charged as a Class B misdemeanor carrying penalties of up to six months in jail and fines.

Vice President of Student Affairs Terry Russell had no comment when asked about the account.

More Than Just a Joke?

The MoVal Pisser is part of a larger online trend where anonymous figures gain viral fame by pushing boundaries and creating chaotic campus lore. Whether seen as a prank, performance art or something more troubling, the account has already carved out a strange place in Missouri Valley’s history.

For now, the identity of the MoVal Pisser remains a mystery. Whether the account fades away as a stunt or escalates into something bigger, one thing is certain: it has students watching closely, waiting for the next post.
