Wingo Night at Missouri Valley College was a flavorful evening—just like the wings served—and full of fun, bringing students together for a late night of food, trivia and camaraderie. Held upstairs in the Malcolm Center, the event featured lively competition as teams played with energy and laughter. Some won early, but in the end, everyone left a winner.
Between bites and catching Bingos, students bonded over shared wins and near misses, creating an atmosphere that was both competitive and welcoming. The event ran smoothly from start to finish, proving once again that MVC knows how to combine fun, food and friendship into one unforgettable night.
MVC student Kenneth Jackson said he enjoys playing Bingo and has had success before.
“Yes, I like to play Bingo. It’s very fun and relaxing,” Jackson said. “I’ve won before. It’s hard at first, but once you win, it gets easier.”
Another student, AJ Miles Jr., shared similar enthusiasm.
“I love playing Bingo. I always have a great night when I play, and it’s fun when you’re winning,” Miles said. “Recently, I won a shirt from one of the school’s Bingo events.”
Amirah Anthony said she enjoys the game even though she hasn’t yet won.
“Yes, I like playing Bingo. It brings out the thrill in a lot of people, and it’s a lot of fun when everyone is involved and engaged,” Anthony said. “No, I haven’t won before.”
Wingo winner Owen Kiso described his excitement after finally claiming victory.
“Man, it feels nice. Finally won—about time,” Kiso said. “And yes, I’m extremely proud of myself. It took a minute to win, but when I did, it felt good. And the shirt feels good too.”
When asked about the impact of Bingo Night on the campus community, Raphael Battini emphasized its positive effect.
“We pull in so many people who get excited—not just about the game, but about the wings too,” Battini said. “It uplifts and brings spirit to the College and the students, showing the fun experiences we have here at the Valley. Yes, I’ve won before—back in high school.”
