On World Poetry Day, March 21st at 7 p.m., the Black Student Union, Purple Patch, Debate and Forensics, Sigma Tau Delta and Murrell Library have all come together to host a Poetry Slam Night for the Missouri Valley College Community. 

The evening will begin with a performance from the MVC Flatliners. Then the performances from the students who have entered. The night is not just for poetry but, spoken words, and music as well. There will be food trucks, a bake sale and prizes as well.
